Megan Zellmer rejoined Zellmer Estate Planning in 2022. At the onset of her legal career, Megan worked
in securities fraud litigation. After several years, she founded an estate planning firm in San Diego in 2009.
After moving back to the Los Angeles area, she transitioned into the corporate financial sector
where she spent over a decade specializing in compliance and regulatory risks associated with fiduciary
and trust accounts for large scale institutions. She is excited to work in her adopted hometown of Los
Alamitos where she can work directly with people and make a bigger impact. She is passionate about
assisting individuals and families get through those hard conversations in order to create a plan that
makes sense.
When not working, Megan enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids. She is a busy mom
driving her kids to all of their activities and play dates. She loves to take her family on fun adventures
traveling around the globe…when their calendar permits. In addition, she is also an avid UCLA fan and
alumnus cheering on her Bruins in all of their academic and athletic endeavors.
